Neil is our Managing Director at Code Tank, and is also our founder. Neil has worked in the software development for over twenty years and is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society. He has extensive, varied experience in the service areas of Software Application Design and Construction, Software Architecture, and Software Support Services.

Gregor Ballantyne

Senior Software Developer

Gregor has been with Code Tank for more than 6 years. He started out coding in .Net/C# and now spends his time split between front end development and design, mainly on WordPress projects, and back end database maintenance and development. He has designed many sites from initial concepts through to the Wordpress/MVC/.Net/PHP framework and developed/redesigned existing sites.

Finn Scott is a Graduate Software/Web developer. Finn joined Code Tank to learn and evolve as a developer and has been here for the past year and a half.
